House for sale, French Riveria

Hi, welcome to the site I’ve set up for selling my house in the South of France.
The house is known as both La Maison Forestiere and La Cantoniere, the latter by older locals, and is well known far and wide.
It has 6 bedrooms and is set in about 12,000 sqm of land ( exactly how much I don’t know - it’s a lot ) of which 4,500 sq metres is flat and located on the Col De Vence which is approximately 20 Kms ( 25 Mins ) from Nice and the airport.
A further 25 Kms (30 Mins ) further inland and you reach Greoliere, which is the nearest ski station.
It has been sourced and used as a location setting for two small French films. Although not on a register, if placed, this could result in more of the same- if you can put up with the intrusion of film crews.
The previous owner ran it as a restaurant and chambre d’ote.
A weekend car rally takes place once a year in November and the house is used as a start finish line.
Electricity is supplied by solar panels / a wind turbine, and a four year old Lister generator - although this is used very little.
Its is south facing and has an uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the Italian Alps on the left to Antibes on the right .
Local charges are currently just over 200 Euros per annum .
I bought it six years ago as a place to bring up my three children and moved here from London a year later. I then spent the following three years working on it and renovating it extensively. Unfortunately, due to relationship failure, the project stopped dead 18 months ago and I finally have to accept it has to be sold. There is still some minor work and all decoration , that is yet to be done, but I am willing to assist the new owner if they would so wish .
The local town - Vence - is 9 Kms – 15mins away, and the village Coursegoules , 5 Kms away.
Its elevation of 1,000 metres means the summer heat is not as intense as sea level - average day time temperatures 27 degrees . Winters are mild although snow will usually fall on several days in Jan / Feb. Night time temperatures in these months can fall to zero - but I have also eaten dinner on the terrace dressed only in shorts in this same period.
The price is £300,000 net , i.e. the cheque to me after any / all surveyors fees , notary fees , and any other professional bodies the potential new owner may wish to employ.
